Where do we deliver and how much is the shipping rate?

Effective 15th March 2021, our shipping rates are as follows:

How Long does delivery takes?

Local delivery via express delivery within West Malaysia will take 3 - 5 working days, East Malaysia 2 - 3 days. International delivery will take up to 7 working days. You will receive an update on the delivery status once your order is processed. The schedule may be subject to change.

What are my shipping option?

Has my order been shipped out yet?

Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep an eye on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case its there! Orders made before 2 PM will be completed on the day itself. Orders made after that will be shipped the next day.

Tax and/or import charges

All International order(s) that subject to taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Once your order has passed your local Custom Duty, it would then be passed on to an internal postal service, according to your country standard delivery procedures.VALA has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity.

How do I track my order?

Once you have received your tracking number via email, you may track the parcel at the courier's website.

Why is my tracking number not traceable?

Tracking numbers are usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier's end. If your order was completed during weekend / public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day.
