Vala Return Policy
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 3 DAYS (MALAYSIA) / 7 DAYS (OUTSIDE MALAYSIA) OF RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE.
Vala provides returns for SCARVES only < OTHER PRODUCTS, SALE ITEM, DISCOUNTED ITEM (eg. BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT CODE, POINT REDEEM CODE and OTHER SPECIAL CODE) are non-returnable items>
Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
Returns item must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, packaging box itself, and order packing slip). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
The Return Department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and if returned request approved, we will email your credit voucher to your registered email. This normally takes 2-3 working days. **The credit voucher expired in 14days**
All returned item(s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.
It is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) reaches us. We strongly suggest that you send your parcel using registered mail with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. Shipping cost of returning item(s) are not refundable and will be borne by you.
Any used/credited reward points/discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable.

Vala reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further request will be denied.
* Colour of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real products as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter.
* All reason listed below are NOT considered defects:
- Color Variation from products photos
- Minor imperfection, e.g. loose thread, crease mark and etc.
- Self-inflicted damage or cut to the products
- Customer’s subjective opinions on products quality and preference e.g. scarf torn etc.
- Defected packaging due to shipping
Proof defect must be verified by Vala Return to be eligible within effective date
